THE GENERAL DATA

The bottom lever of a forward suspension bracket

1 – a bolt;
2 – nuts;
3 – the plug;
4 – the bottom lever;
5 – longitudinal draught.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on support.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the longitudinal lever to a body arm.
4. Turn out two nuts of fastening of the longitudinal lever to the bottom lever.
5. Remove the longitudinal lever from the bottom lever and remove the forward plug and a washer.
6. Turn out a nut and remove a bolt of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge to a rotary fist. Separate the hinge of the bottom lever from the rotary lever.
7. Turn away a nut, take a bolt and separate an internal part of the bottom lever from a body arm.

Check

Check up following places and restore or, if necessary, replace details:

      – Presence of deformation or cracks in the bottom lever;
      – Deterioration or damage of rubber plugs;
      – There does not correspond to demanded value the moment проворачивания pins of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever.

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Fix the spherical hinge in a vice. Establish on a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever special adaptation OK130 322 020, hook for it on a dynamometer and measure the moment проворачивания pins.

The moment проворачивания pins of the spherical hinge: 1,0–3,5 Nm
The moment on a device scale: 10–35 Н

2. Establish an internal part of the lever in an arm of a body and fix a bolt and a nut, having tightened them by hand.
3. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever in a rotary fist and fix a bolt and a nut.

The inhaling moment: 54–68 Nm

4. Tighten a bolt of fastening of an internal part of the bottom lever to a body arm.

The inhaling moment: 118–147 Nm

5. Establish longitudinal draught on the bottom lever and fix two nuts.
6. Fix a forward part of longitudinal draught on a body.

The inhaling moment: 118–147 Nm
