THE GENERAL DATA

Elements of a back suspension bracket

1 – a support;
2 – a rubber support of a spring;
3 – a beam of a back suspension bracket;
4 – a cylindrical spring;
5 – the shock-absorber;
6 – draught of indemnification of lateral moving of a beam of a back suspension bracket;
7 – an arm of forward fastening of a beam of a back suspension bracket.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on support.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Establish a jack under a beam of a back suspension bracket and raise a beam a little.
4. Turn out a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber.
5. Lower a jack and remove a cylindrical spring.
6. Turn away a connecting nut and disconnect a back brake hose from a tube, then release it from an arm.

The prevention

For an exception of hit of a dirt and prevention вытекания a brake liquid close a brake hose and a tube suitable stoppers.


7. Remove a clip of fastening of a brake hose.
8. Disconnect a flexible brake hose from a beam of a back suspension bracket.
9. Disconnect a cable of a lay brake from a beam of a back suspension bracket.

10. Turn on on four nuts from each party and remove from a beam of a back suspension bracket of an axis with brake mechanisms.

11. Turn out a bolt of fastening of draught of indemnification of lateral moving of a beam of a back suspension bracket to a beam.
12. Turn away a nut and take bolts of fastening of forward parts of longitudinal levers of a beam of a back suspension bracket to arms. Turn out bolts of fastening of arms to a body.
13. Turn away a nut and take a bolt of fastening of draught of indemnification of lateral moving of a beam of a back suspension bracket to an arm.
14. Turn out a bolt of fastening of draught of indemnification of lateral moving of a beam of a back suspension bracket to a beam and remove draught.

The prevention

Be careful not to damage a cable of a lay brake.


15. Remove a beam of a back suspension bracket.
16. Turn out a bolt of the top fastening of the shock-absorber.
17. Remove the top support of a cylindrical spring.
18. Special adaptation OK670 990 АА0 squeeze out plugs from a forward part of longitudinal levers of a beam of a back suspension bracket.

Check

Check up details of a back suspension bracket on absence of damages or deformation and, if necessary, replace them.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the plug opposite to an aperture in a forward part of longitudinal levers of a beam of a back suspension bracket and special adaptation OK670 990 АА0 запрессуйте it.

The prevention

The label on the plug should be directed to a forward part of the car. For investment of installation of the plug preliminary grease with its soap water or lubricant.


2. Establish a support of the top part of a cylindrical spring.

The inhaling moment: 36–54 Nm

3. Screw a bolt of the top fastening of the shock-absorber.

The inhaling moment: 46–57 Nm

4. Establish forward parts of longitudinal levers of a beam of a back suspension bracket in arms and fix bolts and nuts, but do not tighten them definitively.
5. Establish arms on a body and fix their bolts.
6. Establish draught of indemnification of lateral moving of a beam of a back suspension bracket on a body and fix it.

The inhaling moment: 78–98 Nm

7. Establish draught of indemnification of lateral moving of a beam of a back suspension bracket on a beam and fix it.

The inhaling moment: 78–98 Nm

8. Tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of forward parts of longitudinal levers of a beam of a back suspension bracket to arms the demanded moments.

The inhaling moment: 54–68 Nm

9. Tighten bolts of fastening of arms to a body.

The inhaling moment: 98–118 Nm

10. Establish axes with brake mechanisms and fix them.

The inhaling moment: 43–61 Nm

11. Establish an arm of a cable of a lay brake and fix it on a beam.

The inhaling moment: 19–26 Nm

12. Establish a flexible brake hose on a beam.
13. Fix a clip a flexible brake hose.

14. Connect a brake hose and a brake tube.

The inhaling moment: 13–23 Nm

15. Lower a back beam a little and establish cylindrical springs.

16. A jack raise a back beam and screw a bolt of the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber.

The inhaling moment: 78–98 Nm
