On the car are established отбалансированные wheels. While in service the car under the influence of the various reasons balancing of wheels can be broken that is shown in occurrence of vibration of a steering wheel.
The disbalance of wheels conducts to the raised deterioration of details of a steering, tyres and car suspension brackets, therefore at disbalance occurrence it is necessary to spend balancing of wheels anew. Vibration of a steering wheel from a disbalance of wheels is shown in a certain range of speeds and vanishes at decrease or increase of speed. Besides, balancing of wheels is necessary after installation of the new tyre and after each repair of the tyre.
The static disbalance of a wheel is shown that the weight of separate parts of a wheel concerning an axis has different weight. Thus if a wheel to establish on freely rotating axis the wheel will turn in such a manner that heavier site of a wheel always will be below. The wheel with a static disbalance at car movement can jump up that will lead to fast deterioration of the shock-absorber.
The dynamical disbalance of a wheel is shown only at fast rotation of a wheel. At presence, heavier site of a wheel is located sideways concerning average section of a wheel and at wheel rotation leads to its rocking that leads to the accelerated failure of the bearing of a nave and suspension bracket elements.
At disbalance or replacement of the tyre the wheel is necessary отбалансировать.
The maximum weight of a counterbalance: 60 г
Not to use it is more than two counterbalances on internal or a wheel outer side:
– If the full weight of a counterbalance exceeds 100 г, turn the tyre on a disk and execute repeated balancing;
– Fastening of counterbalances carry out reliably, for an exception of their moving on a rim of a wheel disk;
– For wheels with aluminium disks it is necessary to use special counterbalances;
– Do not balance wheels established on the car with an automatic transmission as its damage is possible.
