Forward bumper
1 – a bumper overlay;
2 – a bolt;

3 – a foamy absorber of energy;
4 – the bumper amplifier. |
The forward bumper consists of three parts: overlays of a bumper, a foamy absorber of energy and the bumper amplifier.
The overlay is made of polypropylene. The foamy absorber of energy is made of expanded polystyrene.
The bumper amplifier is made of metal. The foamy absorber of energy is located between an overlay of a bumper and the amplifier.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove headlights. |

2. Turn out two bolts and release four clamps of fastening of the top part of a bumper. |
3. Release four clamps from under a cover. |
4. Release four clamps of fastening of the basis of a bumper. |

5. Take aside a mudguard of an arch of the right wheel and turn out two screws of lateral fastening of a bumper. |
6. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the left arm of support of a bumper. |
7. Repeat operations on the right party of a bumper. |
8. Remove a bumper. |

Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Establish a forward bumper in sequence, return to removal. The inhaling moment: 32–47 Nm |

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Check up an overlay of a forward bumper on absence of damages and reliability of its fastening. |
