14.9. A forward door
THE GENERAL DATA

Forward door

1 – the internal handle of opening of a door;
2 – a door upholstery;
3 – пылевлагозащитная a film;
4 – a directing sealant of glass;
5 – glass;
6 – стеклоподъемник;
7 – the external handle of opening of a door;
8 – the door lock;
9 – the cylinder of the lock of a door;
10 – an external rear-view mirror;
11 – the terminator of opening of a door;
12 – the door hinge.

The door fastens to a body of the car two hinges and the terminator of opening of a door. The terminator of opening of a door limits size of opening of a door.

Hollow rubber consolidation of a door is established on a ledge of a door and prevents moisture and dust penetration between a door and a body.

The lock of a door is connected by draughts to external and internal handles of opening of a door.

Стеклоподъемник with an electric drive consists of the mechanism стеклоподъемника with the glass fixed on it.

The shock plate of the lock of a door can be adjusted for reliable and soft closing of a door.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Remove a door upholstery.
3. Remove from a door динамик in a following order:

      – Turn out three screws of fastening dynamics to a door;
      – Disconnect a plait of wires from a door frame;
      – Remove динамик and disconnect sockets.
4. Remove the internal handle of a door in a following order:

      – Disconnect from the handle draught;
      – Remove the internal handle of a door.
5. Remove пылевлагозащитную a film, gradually separating it from a door frame.
6. Remove glass in a following order:

      – Turn out two bolts of fastening of glass to стеклоподъемнику;
      – Inclining and lifting a back part, remove glass from door lateral aspect.
7. Remove стеклоподъемник in a following order:

      – Turn out seven nuts of fastening стеклоподъемника to a door;
      – Through an aperture in the internal panel of a door remove стеклоподъемник.
8. Remove directing sealant of glass.

9. Remove the door lock in a following order:

      – Disconnect two draughts from the external handle of a door;
      – Turn out three screws of fastening of the lock of a door;
      – Turn out two bolts of fastening of the external handle of a door;
      – Remove the external handle of a door.

10. Remove an external rear-view mirror in a following order:

      – Disconnect an electric socket;
      – Turn out three screws and remove a mirror.

11. Remove a plait of wires in a following order:

      – Disconnect sockets of a plait of wires from a door frame;
      – Take a plait of wires through an aperture in the internal panel of a door.
12. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the terminator of opening of a door to a body.
13. Turn out bolts of fastening of both hinges and remove a door from the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a door in a following order:

      – Establish properly a door on the car;
      – Screw bolts of fastening of both hinges.

The inhaling moment: 18–30 Nm

2. Establish влагозащитное door consolidation.
3. Screw a bolt of fastening of the terminator of opening of a door to a body.
4. Establish a plait of wires in a following order:

      – Insert a plait of wires through an aperture in the internal panel of a door;
      – Fix plait sockets on a door frame.
5. Establish an external rear-view mirror in a following order:

      – Establish an external rear-view mirror on a door in initial position;
      – Fix a mirror three screws;
      – Connect an electric socket.
6. Will put the door lock in a following order:

      – Will put the door lock through an aperture in the internal panel of a door;
      – Fix the lock of a door three screws.
7. Establish the external handle of a door in a following order:

      – Connect two draughts of the lock of a door;
      – Fix two nuts the external handle of a door.
8. Establish directing glasses through an aperture in the internal panel of a door.
9. Establish стеклоподъемник in a following order:

      – Establish стеклоподъемник through an aperture in the internal panel of a door;
      – Fix стеклоподъемник seven nuts;

The inhaling moment: 9–13 Nm

10. Establish glass in a following order:

      – Insert outside of a door at first a forward part has flown down, then, turning and lowering, establish glass at a door and arrange it on an arm стеклоподъемника;
      – Screw, but do not tighten definitively fastening bolts has flown down;
      – Tighten two bolts of fastening of glass to стеклоподъемнику;

The inhaling moment: 2–3 Nm
      – Move glass downwards.

11. Establish on a door пылевлагозащитную a film in a following order:

      – Fix пылевлагозащитную a film on a door;
      – Deduce an electric socket of a plait of wires of a door;
      – Deduce draughts of the internal handle of opening of the lock of a door from пылевлагозащитной films.
12. Establish the internal handle of a door in a following order:

      – Connect to the handle draught of the lock of a door;
      – Fix the handle three screws.
13. Establish динамик and fix its three screws.
14. Establish a door upholstery.
15. Establish a cover of the internal handle of a door.
16. Fix a door upholstery.
17. Establish internal влагозащитную a strip.
18. Connect a wire to the negative plug of the storage battery.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up that the door is closed easily and properly. If the door has люфт, tighten bolts of fastening of hinges of a door.
2. In need of carrying out of adjustment of position of a door concerning adjacent surfaces ослабьте bolts of fastening of hinges and moving a door adjust its position.
3. Check up that the door is closed easily and properly. If the door lock is established on a shock plate hardly, turn out screws of fastening of a shock plate and moving it in horizontal and vertical planes achieve normal closing of a door.
4. Adjustment of position of a door concerning adjacent surfaces spend moving of a shock plate to a vertical plane.
