Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear radical and шатунные necks of a cranked shaft of greasing, and lubricant apertures blow compressed air.
2. Establish loose leaves of radical bearings on the block of cylinders of the engine.
3. Establish persistent half rings of a cranked shaft.
4. Establish a cranked shaft on loose leaves of radical bearings in the block of cylinders.
5. Establish the remained loose leaves of radical bearings in covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.
6. Arrange pieces of plastic measuring core Plastigauge on necks of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.
7. According to marks establish covers of radical bearings.
8. Tighten bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.

The inhaling moment: 54–59 Nm


The prevention

Do not turn a cranked shaft of the engine at measurement of a backlash of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.


9. Turn out bolts and remove covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft. By a measuring template measure width of deformed plastic core Plastigauge and define backlash size.

The prevention

The widest site of core Plastigauge corresponds to the least backlash, and the narrowest site corresponds to the greatest backlash.


10. If the backlash exceeds maximum permissible value, перешлифуйте necks of a cranked shaft and use repair loose leaves of the increased size.

Nominal backlash: 0,018–0,036 mm
As much as possible admissible backlash: 0,08 mm

11. Remove a cranked shaft from the block of cylinders and remove deformed plastic core Plastigauge from necks of a cranked shaft and loose leaves of radical bearings.
12. Apply a thin film engine oil on loose leaves of radical bearings in the block of cylinders and establish a cranked shaft on loose leaves.
13. Apply a thin film engine oil on radical necks of a cranked shaft and loose leaves in covers of radical bearings.
14. According to marks establish covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.

15. In certain sequence tighten bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings of a cranked shaft.

The inhaling moment: 54–59 Nm

16. Turn a cranked shaft and check up that it rotates easily and smoothly.
17. Establish a measuring tip of the indicator of hour type on a forward end face of a cranked shaft.
18. Move a cranked shaft along an axis against the stop and establish a scale of the indicator of hour type on a zero.

19. Move a cranked shaft along an axis to other party against the stop and read values axial люфта on an indicator scale.

Axial люфт a cranked shaft: 0,080–0,282 mm

20. If axial люфт exceeds admissible values, it is necessary to replace persistent half rings of a cranked shaft.

21. Manually establish a sealing ring in a back cover of the block of cylinders. The special adaptation press a sealing ring into a back cover so that the ring end face was flush with a cover.
22. Establish a back cover and fix bolts.
23. Establish pistons with rods.
24. Establish a flywheel, a forward cover, a head of the block of cylinders, the oil pallet and a gear belt.
