1 – the generator;
2 – a bolt, 37–52 Nm;
3 – a bolt, 37–52 Nm;
4 – a bolt, 24–35 Nm;
5 – the conditioner compressor;
6 – an arm of the compressor of the conditioner;
7 – a bolt, 19–25 Nm;
8 – the mesh filter;
9 – a bolt, 7,8–11 Nm;
10 – a bolt, 19–25 Nm;
11 – a pulley of a gear belt;
12 – a bolt, 108–118 Nm to (replace);
13 – the oil pump

Sequence of dismantling of the oil pump

1 – a sealing ring to (replace);
2 – a bolt, 5,9–8,8 Nm;
3 – a pump cover;
4 – an external rotor;
5 – an internal rotor;
6 – a lock ring;
7 – a spring nest;
8 – a spring;
9 – плунжер;
10 – the pump case

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire from the negative plug of the storage battery.
2. Turn out a stopper plum of oil and merge oil from the engine.
3. Remove a belt of a drive of auxiliary units.
4. Remove a gear belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism.
5. Remove details in the sequence shown on fig. Sequence of dismantling of the oil pump.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear all details of the oil pump.

2. Check up a condition and, if necessary, replace following details:

      – Deformed either damaged the case and / or a cover of the oil pump;
      – Worn out or damaged плунжер;
      – The weakened or broken spring.

3. By a metal ruler and щупом measure a lateral backlash of rotors of the oil pump.

Maximum permissible lateral backlash of rotors of the oil pump: 0,10 mm

4. Щупом measure a backlash between teeths of rotors of the oil pump.

Maximum permissible backlash between teeths of rotors of the oil pump: 0,18 mm

5. Щупом measure a backlash between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump.

Maximum permissible backlash between an external rotor and the case of the oil pump: 0,20 mm

Installation

Installation of the oil pump is spent to sequences, return to removal.
