2 – an axis of satellites;
3 – the satellite;
4 – a persistent washer;
5 – a semiaxial gear wheel;
6 – a persistent washer;
7 – the bearing;
8 – a speedometer drive;
9 – the bearing;
10 – a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer and a differential box.

Repair

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before dismantling measure люфт between a semiaxial gear wheel and the satellite.
2. Dismantling spend in the sequence designated in figures on fig. Differential
3. Check up a condition of all details and, if necessary, replace them.
4. Assemblage is spent to sequences of return to removal.
5. Installation of separate details is resulted more low.
6. After assemblage measure люфт between a semiaxial gear wheel and the satellite.

Check люфта between a semiaxial gear wheel and the satellite

Measure люфт according to the following procedure:

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the left and right power shafts in differential.
2. Establish power shafts in V-shaped blocks.

3. By the indicator of hour type measure люфт.

Люфт: 0–0,1 mm

4. If люфт exceeds admissible limits, replace the damaged and worn out details.

Removal of bearings of differential


The prevention

Do not remove the bearing if its replacement is not required.

The prevention

Be cautious not to drop a differential box.


Special adaptation OK670 990 AA0 remove an internal ring of the bearing from outside an opposite conducted gear wheel.

Special adaptation OK670 990 AA0 remove an internal ring of the bearing of from outside conducted gear wheel.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check up a condition of all details of differential and, if necessary, replace them.

Installation of a conducted gear wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Examine a gear wreath of a conducted gear wheel on absence of deterioration and cracks.

If it was spent it is replaced details adjust a preliminary tightness of the bearing.

Installation of bearings

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check up the bearing on absence of damages and smoothness of rotation. If the bearing acted in film, replace rings of bearings and adjust a preliminary tightness of the bearing.

Establish a new cylindrical pin as is shown in drawing to fix an axis of satellites.

Measure люфт according to the following procedure:
