Primary shaft of a transmission

1 – the bearing;

3 – a gear wheel of 3 transfers;
4 – the needle bearing;

Preliminary check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Backlash of a gear wheel of 3 transfers
1. Measure a backlash between a gear wheel of 3 transfers and a gear wheel of 2 transfers.

Nominal backlash: 0,06–0,21 mm
Maximum permissible backlash: 0,26 mm

2. If the backlash exceeds maximum permissible value, check up a surface of contact of a gear wheel of 3 transfers, gear wheels 2nd transfers and naves муфты the synchronizer 2-oj/3 transfers.
Replace the worn out or damaged details.
Backlash of a gear wheel of 4th transfer  

3. Measure a backlash between a gear wheel of 4th transfer and the bearing.

Nominal backlash: 0,1–0,37 mm
Maximum permissible backlash: 0,57 mm

4. If the backlash exceeds maximum permissible value, check up a surface of contact of a gear wheel, the bearing and муфты the synchronizer 3-ej/4th transfers. Replace the worn out or damaged details.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. By means of a press and special adaptation OK130 175 008 remove the bearing from a shaft.
2. Remove a gear wheel of 4th transfer.
3. Remove a lock ring.
4. Remove муфту the synchronizer 3-ej/4th transfers, a ring of the synchronizer of 3 transfers and a gear wheel of 3 transfers.
5. Stripper OK670 990 AA0 remove the bearing from a primary shaft.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Visually check up a condition of teeths of a ring of the synchronizer on absence of damages, deterioration and cracks.
2. Check up a condition of a conic surface on absence of damages, deterioration and cracks.

The prevention

Establish a synchronizer ring in a gear wheel and measure a backlash between a ring of the synchronizer and a surface of a flange of a gear wheel.


3. Measure a backlash between a ring of the synchronizer and a surface of a flange of a gear wheel.

Nominal backlash: 1,1 1,4 mm
Is minimum admissible backlash: 0,8 mm


The prevention

If replacement of a gear wheel of a primary shaft was spent, adjust a preliminary tightness of the bearing.


4. Check up palpation of a seat of gear wheels of a primary shaft.

Maximum permissible palpation: 0,1 mm

5. Check up a condition шлицов a primary shaft.

6. Check up a condition of a surface of teeths of gear wheels on absence of damages, deterioration and cracks.

7. Measure a backlash between gear wheels of a shaft and gear wheels.

8. Examine the plug of a gear wheel of 5th transfer on absence of damages.

9. Examine a condition of a surface of teeths of gear wheels on absence of damages, deterioration and cracks.

10. Check up the bearing on absence of damages and smoothness of rotation.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a gear wheel of 3 transfers, a ring of the synchronizer and муфту the synchronizer.
2. Establish a new lock ring.
3. Establish a gear wheel of 4th transfer.
4. Using a press, establish the bearing.

Check after assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Measure a backlash between a gear wheel of 3 transfers and a gear wheel of 2 transfers.

Nominal backlash: 0,06–0,21 mm
Maximum permissible backlash: 0,26 mm

2. Measure a backlash between a gear wheel of 4th transfer and the bearing.

Nominal backlash: 0,1–0,37 mm
Maximum permissible backlash: 0,57 mm

If the backlash differs from demanded value, disassemble and repeatedly collect a primary shaft of a transmission.
