8.2.24. Repair of the lever of the selector
THE GENERAL DATA

The selector lever

1 – the parking switch;
2 – a directing plate;
3 – the modulator;
4 – a spring plate;
5 – a plate;
6 – a pin;
7 – the selector lever;
8 – a clamp roller;
9 – a basic plate;
10 – the button of the lever of the selector;
11 – a casing;
12 – the indicator panel;
13 – a lamp of the indicator of a position of the selector;
14 – switch O/D socket.

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. A screw-driver with a flat edge release socket contacts. Take contacts from a socket.
2. Thin выколоткой and a hammer beat out from outside transmissions a pin and remove two washers, a gear wheel of a drive and a shaft.
3. Remove the indicator panel.
4. Remove a casing.
5. Turn a lamp of the indicator of position of the lever of the selector counter-clockwise and remove it.
6. Turn out two screws and remove a clamp roller in gathering, then remove a plate, the top spring plate and a spring plate.
7. Turn out a bolt from a basic plate.
8. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a directing plate and remove it.
9. Remove the lever of the lock and the selector lever.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the selector lever on a basic plate.
2. Establish directing plate on a basic plate and fix two bolts.

The inhaling moment: 6,8–9,8 Nm

3. Put greasing 0-GL02 on an internal part of a roller.
4. Move the selector lever to position P.
5. Freely establish a spring plate, the top spring plate and a plate.

The inhaling moment: 2,0–2,9 Nm

6. Put greasing 0-GL02 on external and internal parts of a directing plate.
7. The further assemblage is spent in sequence, return dismantling.
8. Check up that position of the lever of the selector there correspond indications of the lever of the selector.
