8.2.5. Pressure check трансмиссионной liquids
THE GENERAL DATA

Pressure check трансмиссионной liquids is carried out to define a condition of hydraulic components and whether there are leaks.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Tighten a lay brake and establish клиновые an emphasis under forward and back wheels.
2. Start up the engine before warming up of a transmission to temperature 60~70C.
3. Before testing check up levels of all operational liquids and, if necessary, finish them to the normal.
4. Connect to the engine a tachometre.
5. Remove a mudguard on the left side under a forward bumper.
6. Connect manometre OK201 190 AA0 to the union of check of pressure. For access to the union it is desirable to lift the car.

Testing carrying out


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Start up the engine.

2. Check up frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine idling and in selector "" position.

Frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine idling:
For Europe and Australia: 750-850 mines-1
The general: 700-800 mines-1

3. Move the selector lever to a position "D" and on a manometre read pressure size.

The prevention

For an exception of damage of a transmission execute steps 4 and 5 during 5 with.


4. The left foot press against the stop a brake pedal, and the right foot smoothly press an accelerator pedal.
5. When frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the engine does not increase any more, on a manometre read size of pressure and release an accelerator pedal.

The prevention

Work of the engine within, at least, one minute on frequency of rotation of idling cools трансмиссионную a liquid and prevents deterioration of its properties.

Before each subsequent testing, during sufficient time cool a transmission.


6. At the working engine move the selector lever to position N and leave the engine to work on frequency of rotation of idling within, at least, one minute.

7. Similarly measure pressure in all positions of the lever of the selector:

8. Remove a manometre and close the union a stopper.
