9.6.2. A rotary fist and a nave of a forward wheel

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift the car and fix on support.
2. Remove a wheel.
3. Unbend a fillet and turn away a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave.

The prevention

Be careful not to damage a groove and a carving on the power shaft end.

At easing of a nut of fastening of a power shaft to a nave press a brake pedal to prevent проворачивание a wheel and a power shaft.


4. Take шплинт and turn away a nut of fastening of a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering bent for to a rotary fist. Stripper OK670 321 019 squeeze out a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist.

The prevention

For simplification of expression of a pin of the spherical hinge from a rotary fist knock with a hammer on a hinge stripper.


5. Turn out bolts, remove a support of a forward brake and, without disconnecting from it a brake hose, a soft wire fix it on an amortisation rack.
6. Remove gauge ABS and the gauge of frequency of rotation of a wheel (the right party).
7. Remove a brake disk.
8. Turn out a coupling bolt, mount wring out the bottom lever downwards and separate a pin of the hinge from a rotary fist.
9. Turn away a nut and take bolts of fastening of a rotary fist to the bottom part of an amortisation rack.

10. Separate a rotary fist with a nave from a power shaft.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a rotary fist with a nave on a power shaft.
2. Establish a rotary fist on the bottom part of an amortisation rack and fix bolts and nuts.

The inhaling moment: 103–122 Nm

3. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of the bottom lever in a rotary fist and fix a coupling bolt and a nut.

The inhaling moment: 54–68 Nm

4. Establish a brake disk on a nave of a wheel and fix bolts.

The inhaling moment: 9,8–14,7 Nm

5. Establish a support of a forward brake on a rotary fist and fix two bolts.

The inhaling moment: 78–101 Nm

6. Fix a brake hose on an arm of an amortisation rack.

7. Screw a new nut with a fillet and hammer in a nut fillet into a power shaft groove.

The inhaling moment: 157–235 Nm


The prevention

Do not hammer in a nut fillet into a power shaft groove the sharp tool.
Be convinced that the nave of a forward wheel easily turns by hand.


8. Establish a pin of the spherical hinge of a tip of steering draught in a rotary fist.

The prevention

Use new шплинт.


9. Screw a nut and шплинтом, fix it from отворачивания. If grooves in a nut were not combined with an aperture in a pin, tighten a nut before their combination.

The inhaling moment: 47–52 Nm

10. Establish gauge ABS and the gauge of frequency of rotation of a wheel.

The inhaling moment: 8–12 Nm

11. Establish a wheel.
